While the objective of my exchange is a professional and personal exchange, you may have noticed that I've mostly posted the 'personal' elements of the exchange. This may be because this has been pure pleasure whereas the professional part of the exchange has been challenging and humiliating, but also rewarding. I am absolutely "out of my comfort zone," and it's taken awhile just to use some of the methods and activities that I find very effective in helping students learn a second language. From discipline to technology, the game is changed. It's kind of a survival game, I guess. I don't win everyday, but I try!
